Paul-Arthur Patarin, INSEAD

Former researcher in cognitive neuroscience, four-time tech entrepreneur (including one exit to Criteo), thirteen years as a board member in a 350-person group. I founded Patarin Co in 2022, following a coaching certificate at INSEAD.

My starting point is an observation: most leaders I work with are high performers, but they draw their power from a system under permanent tension, not a regenerated one. That is not sustainable over time. And the cost of this mode of functioning is rarely named clearly.

What structures Patarin Co's approach is a refusal to treat inner work and political work separately. How you function internally, and how you exercise your power in the world: these are two faces of the same subject. One without the other, you are working alongside the real problem.

Intellectual rigour in service of discernment. Not as an argument from authority. To read more accurately, faster, under pressure. The formation (ENS, EHESS, INSEAD) serves that.
Speaking from inside the role. Having created, arbitrated, held the duration. The accompaniment does not speak from outside an experience that has never been inhabited.
AI as structural transformation. Not an optimisation tool. A transformation of what it means to think, decide and lead. It deserves the same rigour as the other subjects.
